Talk to a person, not a portal
The brass desk answers every message within two hours — by email or a phone call, whichever you prefer. Write to us about rooms, tables, events or anything else that starts with "I have an idea".
Send the desk a note
One form, a named reply. Tell us the dates, the occasion and how much of the evening should involve the floor — the rest is our job.
What happens next
Your note lands at the brass desk. A named host replies within two hours with availability, rates and one or two ideas you didn't ask for but will want.
Five minutes from the airport, a world from the ordinary
When the house is awake
Short answer: always. The floor and the desk never close. The kitchen, the bar and the humans keep civilised hours, listed here for the planners.

Three ways to the brass desk
From the airport
Queenstown Airport is five minutes away. A taxi costs about $25; the house car collects penthouse and hosted-suite guests from the gate.
By road
State Highway 6 to Frankton, then Grant Road. Covered parking for guests is in the Queenstown Central garage — the lift lets out beside the east entrance.
From town
A twenty-minute lakeside walk from central Queenstown, or the No. 1 bus to Frankton Road. The brass signage does the rest.
Two questions that fill most inboxes
Answered here so your message to the desk can be about the fun parts. Everything else — the form above reaches a human within two hours.
