Who these terms cover

These terms are between you and Blissuno Hotel & Casino Ltd (Company No. 8123456, NZBN 9429038123456), operating at Queenstown Central Shopping Centre, Shop A-16/19 Grant Road, Frankton, Queenstown 9300. They apply to all stays, events, hires and visits at the venue and to use of blissuno.com.

The website itself is a calling card, not a casino: there is no online gaming, no remote betting and no account wagering of any kind. Everything described on this site happens physically, face-to-face, at our address.

• Venue licence conditions apply at all times on the premises.
• Minimum age for the casino floor and bar: 20 years, with photo ID.
• Room guests under 20 are welcome when accompanied per licence rules.

Reservations & payment

Reservations are confirmed by a named host — by email or phone — once availability is checked at the desk. Rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Payment is taken in person at check-in or check-out; we accept major cards and cash.

• Cancellation: free until 48 hours before arrival; one night's rate applies thereafter.
• Event Night rates apply to private-hire evenings and public holidays, as shown on each service page.
• Check-in 2 PM – 12 AM · checkout 11 AM (2 PM in suites, 1 PM Sundays for Stay & Play).

Prices and packages listed on the services pages are current at the time of publishing and may change seasonally; your confirmed rate is the one your host writes down.

Events & private hire

Conference hall and private party bookings are confirmed with a 30% deposit, refundable up to 14 days before the date. The balance is settled at the desk on the night. Guest lists for private events are sealed: we do not confirm to any enquirer who is, or is not, in the room.

• Setup access from 4 PM for party nights, 7 AM for conference days.
• Stakes and machine configuration for private gaming are set with our gaming manager within licence limits.
• The hirer is responsible for their guests' compliance with venue licensing (20+ on the gaming areas, photo ID).

The gaming floor

The casino operates under New Zealand's Gaming Act framework and our venue licence. All gaming takes place in person, on the premises, in New Zealand dollars. Table limits are posted at each table; machine rules are displayed on each machine.

• Photo ID (passport or NZ/AU driver licence) is required for floor entry.
• Host Responsibility practices apply: self-exclusion, time limits and table limits are available on request, always without judgement.
• Player card credits are house promotional value, have no cash equivalent, and expire 12 months after issue.
• The house may refuse entry or service where the licence or the safety of the room requires it.

Conduct in the house

Blissuno is a house of luck, not a library — but the same two rules apply everywhere: be kind to staff and guests, and let the dealers run the game. Photography on the gaming floor is restricted; private event rooms are camera-free by default.

• Smoking and vaping are confined to the designated courtyard areas.
• Outside food and drink are welcome only by prior arrangement with the kitchen.
• Intoxicated guests are looked after first and billed never — the taxi is on the house.

Liability & changes

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, our liability for any claim connected with a stay or event is limited to the value of the booking. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
