Front desk & floor
Check-in runs 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM with a night host after midnight. The casino floor and front desk never close — checkout is a civilised 11 AM, or 1 PM on Sunday.
Finding your door
We are inside Queenstown Central Shopping Centre, Shop A-16/19 Grant Road, Frankton. Take the mall's east entrance, follow the brass signage, and the desk is ahead. Open the exact spot on the map.
Quiet, kind, licensed
A licensed venue: 20+ for the floor, passports or licences at the ready. Rooms are smoke-free, pets by arrangement, and quiet hours run from 11 PM — the floor keeps its own volume.
