Boardroom at nine, ballroom at nine

By day the hall is all business: raked daylight seating for 120, a 4K presentation wall, acoustic panelling that makes every voice heard, and a catering kitchen that treats morning tea like a discipline. Delegates break into the garden courtyard; the coffee is genuinely good.

By night the wall of screens dims, the chairs become lounges, and our gaming manager opens the tables along the east side. The result is the work dinner your team actually talks about in the next quarter's meetings.

Access & setup

The hall opens from 7 AM for setup and runs to 1 AM on ballroom nights. Overnight storage of your materials is free between hire days.

Licensing on event nights

Ballroom gaming follows the same licence as the main floor: 20+ with photo ID, Host Responsibility practices, and stakes configured by our gaming manager for your group.

Most event questions end at these two. The rest are answered by our events host — send the brief and get a reply within two hours.

Hold a Date

Welcome — the hall runs on standard XLR, HDMI and power drops, and our technician is happy to work alongside yours. Many clients bring only a laptop and let our resident kit do the rest.

Not at all — the evening can stay a dinner, a quiz night or a dance floor. The tables are an option, not a condition; about half our corporate clients open them, and the half who don't book again anyway.
